Shipping

1.Where do you ship to?

We ship to the US (including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses), and to Canada, Australia, the European Union and many other countries throughout the world.

2.What's your delivery time?

We will ship your order in 48 hours from Los Angeles. Please allow 5-20 days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Delivery Times depend on the the courier you choose and your destination. Any delivery dates provided by ViaVelo are estimates. 

3.How to track my order?

We will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping & handling information on your ViaVelo account if you have registered. If you hasn't registered on our site, you could also track your order here with your order number.
